Scott St. Clair  

Scott St. Clair, CEO

After serving for six months as interim CEO of Neways, Scott St. Clair was appointed as the company’s permanent CEO in September 2010 by the Neways board of directors. Previously, Scott served Neways as CFO, overseeing all financial activities of the company and providing leadership to the finance and facilities groups. During more than 10 years with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, Scott worked with many public companies, including several in the MLM and nutritional-supplement industries. As CFO of the Phoenix Zoo, he played an integral role in the zoo’s financial turnaround. More recently, he assisted the University of Phoenix with a public financial restatement. Scott earned his bachelor and master degrees in accounting at Brigham Young University.

   
Chris Crump  

Chris Crump, Chief Legal Counsel

Chris Crump has over a decade of legal experience specific to the network marketing industry. He oversees all legal, regulatory, compliance and product registrations for Neways in each of its markets. His main goal is to ensure that Neways is compliant with every law and regulation worldwide which enables Neways distributors to increase their business. He is also responsible for all of Neways’ lobbying and governmental relations efforts and serves on several dietary supplement industry groups’ boards and committees. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University.

 
Jennifer Wolbers  

Jennifer Wolbers, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As the company's newest management team member, Jennifer Wolbers brings considerable experience and insight to Neways. In her 26-year career at the world's oldest, largest network-marketing company, she became an innovative expert in strategic planning and business plan execution, with specialties in broad brand management, product development, advertising, response management, database marketing, and promotion. She earned her B.A. from Central Michigan and an M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University. At Neways, Jennifer is helping build the brand, enhance the product line, and make the business opportunity more compelling than ever for Neways distributors.

 
Kevin Givan  

Kevin Givan, Vice President, Information Technology

Kevin Givan has more than 12 years of information-technology experience in the network-marketing industry. His specialties include designing, managing, and enhancing business applications, with a proven track record of overseeing various technical environments and supporting diverse operating technologies to drive business objectives. His goal is to ensure that Neways IT is strategically positioned to provide best-in-class tools and systems to the corporation and to Neways distributors. He earned his B.S. in business management from the University of Utah.

 
Will Burgess  

Will Burgess, Corporate Controller

Will Burgess brings more than 15 years of accounting experience to Neways. For seven years he served as international controller for a leading network-marketing company, and he spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an audit manager. At Neways, Will oversees the global financial controlling function and serves as president of Neways, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and earned a master of accountancy at Brigham Young University.

 
Chris Guinn  

Chris Guinn, Vice President, International Finance and Reporting

Chris Guinn has 10 years of financial reporting and auditing experience, with a focus in the international arena. Chris has been at Neways for three years managing overseas finances, international banking, treasury functions, and currency management. He came to Neways from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was an audit manager for seven years. Chris is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor of science in accounting from Ball State University.

 
Ted Rock  

Ted Rock, Chief Operating Officer

Ted Rock has an extensive twenty-year background in operations. After serving for one year as vice president of global supply chain, Ted was appointed as Neways’ vice president of operations in March 2011. Serving as chief operations officer at previous companies, Ted oversaw all operational activities and led the operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functional operating groups. Ted has worked with public companies, privately held companies, and companies owned by private-equity entities, including companies in the nutritional-supplement industry. As COO he played an integral role in the financial turnaround of these organizations and assisted in developing and implementing their growth strategies. Ted earned his bachelor’s degree in business management at the University of California.
