Robert Conlee, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Effective July 20, 2012, Robert Conlee is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Neways. Robert brings more than 20 years of executive and leadership experience in the direct-sales industry. Before joining Neways, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a board member at Xango. Prior to Xango, Robert was at Nu Skin for 15 years, where he served in various leadership roles, including Executive Committee member, President—North Asia Region, President—Nu Skin Japan, and COO—Pharmanex Nutritional Division. He has a bachelor’s degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business administration from Temple University.

Chris Crump, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Chris Crump is the company’s chief administrative officer (CAO) and General Counsel. All back-office functions within Neways report directly to Chris, including legal, regulatory, human resources, quality, operations, and information technology. As CAO, Chris reviews and develops companywide administrative policies, negotiates new and existing contracts, and helps communicate Neways’ strategic development plans to key stakeholders. Prior to this appointment, Chris was serving Neways as vice president, general counsel. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Givan, Chief Information Officer

Kevin Givan has more than 12 years of information-technology experience in the network-marketing industry. His specialties include designing, managing, and enhancing business applications, with a proven track record of overseeing various technical environments and supporting diverse operating technologies to drive business objectives. His goal is to ensure that Neways IT is strategically positioned to provide best-in-class tools and systems to the corporation and to Neways distributors. He earned his B.S. in business management from the University of Utah.

Will Burgess, Vice President of Operations

Will Burgess brings more than 15 years of accounting experience to Neways. For seven years he served as international controller for a leading network-marketing company, and he spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an audit manager. At Neways, Will oversees the global financial controlling function and serves as president of Neways, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and earned a master of accountancy at Brigham Young University.
