Robert Conlee, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Effective July 20, 2012, Robert Conlee is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Neways. Robert brings more than 20 years of executive and leadership experience in the direct-sales industry. Before joining Neways, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a board member at Xango. Prior to Xango, Robert was at Nu Skin for 15 years, where he served in various leadership roles, including Executive Committee member, President—North Asia Region, President—Nu Skin Japan, and COO—Pharmanex Nutritional Division. He has a bachelor’s degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business administration from Temple University.

Chris Crump  

Chris Crump, Chief Administrative Officer

Chris Crump is the company’s chief administrative officer (CAO). All back-office functions within Neways report directly to Chris, including legal, regulatory, human resources, quality, operations, and information technology. As CAO, Chris reviews and develops companywide administrative policies, negotiates new and existing contracts, and helps communicate Neways’ strategic development plans to key stakeholders. Prior to this appointment, Chris was serving Neways as vice president, general counsel. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Givan  

Kevin Givan, Chief Information Officer

Kevin Givan has more than 15 years of information-technology experience in the network-marketing industry. His specialties include designing, managing, and enhancing business applications, with a proven track record of overseeing various technical environments and supporting diverse operating technologies to drive business objectives. His goal is to ensure that Neways IT is strategically positioned to provide best-in-class tools and systems to the corporation and to Neways distributors. He earned his B.S. in business management from the University of Utah.

Michelle Wilson  

Michelle Wilson, Vice President/General Counsel

Michelle comes to us with extensive legal experience. Prior to joining Neways, Michelle worked for a large multinational network marketing company as their Vice President/General Counsel and was a member of their executive management team. She has also held legal positions in government and was a partner at Aldrich, Nelson, Weight & Esplin. In addition, she was an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley State College where she taught several legal courses. Michelle earned her law degree from Brigham Young University in 1994 and is a current Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mountain West Chapter and the Work Activity Center.

Michelle will supervise the Legal and Regulatory Departments and she is a member of Neways’ Executive Management Team.

James Sloan  

James Sloan, Chief Financial Officer

James joins us with some incredible talent and experience essential to making Neways an industry leader and powerhouse. James most recently worked at Dole as their VP & CFO in the Fresh Vegetables Division. He also brings a wealth of knowledge from his time at Worthington Industries, AT&T Solutions, Arthur Andersen and the US Army Reserve as a Finance Officer.

When he’s not busy tearing it up in budget meetings, he is making his mark on the pavement. James is an avid runner and triathlete, and has completed 9 Ragnar races with his 18-year-old daughter. All four of his children are runners and one of the family’s favorite things is running together, although none of the kids have yet to beat Dad. He also loves surfing, scuba diving and Macs (a proclaimed IT geek at heart), and next month James and his son plan to climb Mt. Whitney – the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States. Take that Ragnar!
