Cell Phone Email:How to Verify and Change Setting

After you complete the enrollment process, we will send a confirmation email contains your registered information and ID number to the email address you registered online. If you registered the email address for your cell phone, you may not receive the email from Neways. Please change your cell phone setting to receive the emails by following the instruction for each provider.


Domain needs to be set : @neways.co.jp

DoCoMo
  1. Access to iMenu
  2. Go to Rate & Order Settings
  3. Go to Email Settings
  4. Go to Action for Junk Emails
  5. Check on Settings at Receive/Reject Settings and go to Next
  6. Choose Receive Setting at Step 3
  7. Add domain, 「@neways.co.jp 」 and register
 
au
  1. Choose Email Menu
  2. Go to Email Settings
  3. Go to Other Settings
  4. Emial Filtering
  5. Address Filtering
  6. Add @neways.com to your Receive Setting
 
SoftBank
  1. Access to Yahoo! Mobile
  2. Go to Menu List
  3. My SoftBank
  4. Go to Change Settings
  5. Original email Settings/other Email Settings
  6. Junk Email Settings
  7. Authorize/Reject Setting
  8. Add domain, 「@neways.co.jp 」 and register
 
 

 

【How to check if setting is effective】

You can check if your cell phone can receive emails from Neways by the following steps.

1.Send an email to test@neways.co.jp from your cell phone.
2.You will receive the email 「ご利用のメールアドレスのテストが完了しました。ニューウエイズジャパン株式会社」from Neways within 10 minutes.
