• To be a Neways Distributor in Malaysia, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a citizen or permanent resident and must have a valid NRIC number.
• Neways products are sold through networks of Independent Distributors. To become a distributor, you must be sponsored into the company by a Neways Independent Distributor. Your sponsor will help assist you with the sales support and training you need along with resources available from Neways to make your own Neways business successful.
• If you don’t know any Independent Distributor of Neways, we would be happy to introduce you to one of our successful distributors in the business. • As a Neways Distributors you can purchase the products at Distributor Price or at a 40% discount from retail price. You also have the opportunity to earn commissions based upon your personal sales activities as well as the sales activities of your downline organization.
• Neways does not pay Distributors for recruiting, sponsoring or introducing other people to become Neways Distributors. The sales compensation plan of Neways is a “work program” based on hard work and commitment and the continuous sales of Neways products by you and your downline organization.

The beauty of owning a Neways distributorship is that you are the one who determines how much you earn, based upon your personal performance and your downlines performance. You can start realizing your dreams and earning commissions by purchasing at least 150 Personal Volume (PV) in the same month your downline distributors purchase.

• Distributors who wish to sponsor others in other countries must complete an International Sponsor Form, and must comply with the applicable laws and policies and procedures of such countries. With this application, you will be allowed to sponsor downlines and purchase products in that specific country. To purchase products in that country, you can continue to use your Malaysian ID number.
• The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject or revoke the International Sponsoring rights of a Distributor in any Authorized Country.

• No, you may not. Please be informed that Distributors are strictly prohibited from importing products that are not available in Neways Malaysia. These products have not undergone product registration in Malaysia and therefore cannot be used for retail purposes outside of their country of origin.
• This is a serious offence that is taken seriously, and upon receipt of a possible violation, Neways Malaysia will investigate thoroughly and impose penalties on distributors found guilty of the offense.

• You may only sell the Neways products through direct selling methods or person-to-person manner, and not through retail establishments or any advertising through media such as publications, television, radio, internet and billboards.
• You may sell the Neways products through service related establishments, which earn revenue primarily by providing personal service - these services may include health clubs, beauty salons, hair salons, spas and other such businesses controlled by membership or appointments.
• Other than the above, Distributors are not allowed to sell or display Neways products through retail establishments.

• The suggested retail price is a recommendation from the Company to maximize your retail profits of 40%. It is up to the Distributor to determine at what price level he/she wants to set his/her retail prices. However, at Neways we always encourage our Distributors to maintain an environment of fair competition and to conduct their business with utmost integrity and honesty.
• If you price it too high, your retail customer might find other means of purchasing the products but if you price it too low, you do not maximize the retailing profit.

No, you may not. The Company has established suggested retail prices for products based on competitive pricing in each market. Maintaining retail pricing for non-distributors helps to preserve the value of the Company's products and business opportunity. Therefore the selling of Company's products in the market below the Distributor’s price in that market is strictly prohibited.
