ERIC LARSEN, CEO

Eric Larsen's primary roles at Neways are driving new global business and developing and implementing a corporate strategy to ensure the company's profitability. His professional portfolio boasts seventeen years of executive level experience in management, corporate operations, training, marketing and sales. He is fluent in Spanish and has worked in more than forty countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Africa and Europe.

BRIAN SLOBODOW, COO & PRESIDENT OF NEWAYS INC.

Brian Slobodow manages the global day-to-day operations of the company. With more than fifteen years of experience in manufacturing, procurement and management, and a Master of Business Adminstration, Operations Management and Strategy degree, Brian has the experience and drive to guide Neways' continued growth and increased operational demands. His main objective is to drive company growth, stability and profitability while achieving high standards in quality and innovation.

CHRIS CRUMP, CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL

Chris Crump has over a decade of legal experience specific to the network marketing industry. He oversees all legal, regulatory, compliance and product registrations for Neways in each of its markets. His main goal is to ensure that Neways is compliant with every law and regulation worldwide which enables Neways distributors to increase their business. He is also responsible for all of Neways' lobbying and governmental relations efforts and serves on several dietary supplement industry groups' boards and committees.

SCOTT ST. CLAIR, CFO

Scott St. Clair oversees all financial activities of the company, while providing leadership to the Finance, I.T., and BAAN groups. During more than 10 years with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, Scott worked mostly with public companies, including several in the MLM and nutritional-supplement industries. As CFO of the Phoenix Zoo, he played an integral role in the zoo’s financial turnaround. Mostly recently, he assisted the University of Phoenix with a public financial restatement.

JAMES E. WATSON, VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

James Watson is responsible for global executive recruitment, leadership development, performance management, and public relations at Neways. He has upgraded our workforce, enhanced employee benefits, and improved employee safety. With more than sixteen years of human resource and organizational development experience, his ability to recruit qualified professionals and manage wage and salary compensation while providing competitive benefits to employees is a valued asset to Neways. Mr. Watson speaks French, and has professional experience in twenty-five countries.
