Compensation Plan

We consider the business opportunity to be our best product. Our outstanding compensation plan pays 50% of commissionable volume back to our distributors, allowing them to earn generous commissions right away. These commissions are paid through three portions called Multiplex Unilevel Bonuses, Group Development Bonuses and Executive Leadership Bonuses.

The Multiplex Unilevel Bonuses are paid on the first 100 Personal Volume (PV) spent by individual distributors in their organization. The number of active Multiplex legs determines the percentage of commission they are eligible to earn on their downline distributors. So the greater your commitment level, the greater your rebate.

The Group Development Bonuses are paid on any Personal Volume (PV) greater than 100 ordered by personally sponsored non-executive downlines and their organization, including a distributor's own purchases over 100 PV per month. The percentage of your payout is determined by your rank.

The Executive Leadership Bonuses rewards you for training and developing Executives in your downline organization. A very generous "Executive Incentive Bonus" pays out commissions on even more Executive groups. Payout is phenomenal!

With many compensation plans, a singular distributor occupies a paid level. With Neways through a feature known as compression, we allow our distributors to achieve optimal commissions in the Multiplex, Group Development and Executive Leadership Bonuses.
